Spotlight is a great step backwards. On several Macs I use it can't find a file that I can see in the Finder. Other times it finds me what I want and as I go to click on it, the search results change beneath me and I end up launching something completely different.
Poorly implemented in my opinion.
Also, why are PDFs given special treatment in the Preferences?
